This conference will convene AU Member States, policymakers, financial experts, and key stakeholders, including representatives from Ministries of Finance, African Central Banks, Regional Economic Communities, African Multilateral Financial Institutions, and Civil Society Organizations. 

The goals set are expected to facilitate collaborative dialogue and generate actionable solutions, specifically to:

• Re-draft the African Common Position on reforms to the global financial architecture to mitigate Africa's debt crisis.

• Identify Innovative Financing and recommend practices that secure new funding while ensuring debt sustainability.

• Establish Sound Debt Management and recommend policy reforms to restore and safeguard public debt sustainability across Africa.
